Leases

How do I rent a unit?

Renting is easy.

Use our website to help you decide on a unit. If you would like to view a unit in person, please schedule an appointment with our office. Because we maintain 100% occupancy, appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours ahead of time so we can notify our current tenants. You can also view pictures and floor plans of our units on the Floor Plans and Photo Gallery pages.

If you decide you want to rent a unit during a viewing appointment, you can sign a lease immediately if time permits; otherwise, you will need to schedule an appointment. At lease signing, you will need a government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, or Student Visa), and your security deposit. We accept cash, checks, or money orders. Documents can be emailed or faxed to our office ahead of time, or you can bring them with you or fill them out at your appointment. For more information see our leasing process overview.

Because of the high demand for our rental units, we do not hold units.
